The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was cozy and had a lovely balcony. My only small complaint was the lack of a kettle in the room, but the host provided one downstairs. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai.
